Act of Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary

O Immaculate Heart of Mary, tender refuge of sinners, I consecrate myself entirely to You today and forever. I give You my heart, my soul, my mind, my body, and all that I possess. Accept this offering, O Blessed Mother, and do with me according to the will of God.

I renounce all sin, all attachment to what displeases God, and every inclination that separates me from His love. I desire to love and honor Jesus, Your Son, with my whole being, and to serve Him faithfully in all that I do.

O Immaculate Heart of Mary, unite my prayers, actions, joys, and sufferings with Your own, that I may grow in holiness and live according to the will of God. Protect me from the snares of the enemy, and help me to persevere in faith, hope, and charity until my last breath.

I entrust to Your maternal care my family, my friends, my work, and all that is dear to me. May Your Immaculate Heart reign in my heart, in all hearts, and in the world. I consecrate myself entirely to Your love and guidance, now and forever.
