Eternal God, we entrust (Name) to Your loving care. We thank You for the gift of (his/her) life and the love (he/she) brought to our lives. May (he/she) rest in peace, and may (his/her) soul be welcomed into Your heavenly kingdom. Comfort all who mourn (his/her) passing, and help us to cherish the memories we hold dear. Strengthen our faith and let us find hope in the promise of eternal life. We ask for Your peace to surround us during this difficult time. Amen.
